Refund policy

Here's exactly how refunds work for your Burning Bridges AI video.

Full refund

• Late delivery: if your video hasn't arrived within 48 hours of payment (or of your reply, if we asked for a better photo), you get a full refund on request.
• Before we start: cancel before we begin work on your video for a full refund.
• We can't take the order: if your order falls outside what we make (see our terms), we refund it in full.

Refund or a free redo, your choice

If the video clearly misses your brief, for example the wrong person in the lead spot, a face that doesn't match your photos, or the wrong format, reply within 14 days of delivery and choose either a full refund or one free redo. Choosing the redo replaces the refund for that order.

A video that matches your brief and photos is final.

How to ask

Reply to your delivery email or write to hello@aiburningbridges.net with your order number (it starts with "BB-"). Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
