Layoo AI, explained
What is the Layoo AI trend?
Layoo AI is a dance trend in which a photo is animated into the Layoo: a gorilla-style routine with fists beating the chest, a wide, heavy stance, stomps and arms swinging out on the beat. Creators spell it Layoo, Layooo or Layoo AI dance, and tutorials tag the sound as Ape NYC. The name comes from an AI dance template, and real dancers took the moves back to the street: @k1ng_jen's post titled "LAYOO AI DANCE" has 2.4 million views, and his follow-up in a gorilla suit has 321,000. For example, the Layoo AI clip from @z6dos3 puts three men in suits through the routine side by side.
Why does everyone keep posting it?
The Layoo AI dance has been running since August. @k1ng_jen's chest-beat video went up on August 10, 2026, AI template tutorials were up by August 12, and new Layoo AI clips and tutorials were still going up on October 8, two months later. That's long for a dance trend, and it comes from the format: anyone can do the Layoo, with a template or in real life, and the crew versions keep inviting new people in. A Layoo AI clip of your own crew still lands in the middle of an active trend.
What makes a Layoo AI video look right?
We measured the clips above: the Layoo AI dance itself runs 8 to 10 seconds before the creators cut to their tutorials. The routine is all weight and power, so three things matter. The stomps have to look heavy, with feet that land on the floor instead of sliding. The chest beats need hands that stay hands, not blurs. And in a crew, every dancer must keep their own face and outfit, not turn into copies. A full-body photo with your feet visible fixes most of it; we rerun any take that slips.
How much does it cost here?
One flat price per clip: $19.90 for one dancer, and $29.90 for up to four of you in the same Layoo AI video. Every rerun, the frame-by-frame check, 9:16 or 16:9, and delivery within 48 hours are included. No subscription, no credits, nothing to install. If the finished Layoo AI clip clearly misses your brief, for example the wrong person in the middle, you choose a full refund or one free redo.
Questions
How do I do the Layoo AI dance?
Send one full-body photo, pay $19.90, and we email you the finished Layoo AI clip within 48 hours. No moves to learn.
What app is the Layoo AI trend made with?
Most creators use a CapCut template from one photo. Here you skip the apps and get the finished Layoo AI video by email.
Is it Layoo, Layooo or Layoo AI?
All three. The trend is spelled several ways on TikTok; it's the same chest-beating gorilla dance.
What song is the Layoo dance?
Creator tutorials tag the Layoo sound as Ape NYC. Add it from the trend's sound page inside TikTok when you post.
Can my friends do it with me?
Yes. Choose Squad and send 1 to 3 photos of each person. Up to four of you do the Layoo AI dance in one line.
Can I do it in a gorilla suit?
Yes. Ask for a gorilla suit, matching suits or your own clothes in the notes.
How long is the video?
About 10 seconds of the routine, in HD. You get 9:16 for TikTok and Reels, or 16:9 on request.
Does it include music?
Your clip comes without music so you can add the Layoo sound inside TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
How long does it take?
Your Layoo AI video arrives within 48 hours of payment, by email from hello@aiburningbridges.net.
What if it doesn't look like me?
Reply to the delivery email. If the clip clearly misses your brief, you choose a full refund or one free redo.
Can I put a celebrity in it?
No. We make Layoo AI videos only of you and people who agreed to be in it.
Do I need to label it as AI when I post?
Yes. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask creators to label realistic AI-generated video. Turn on the AI-generated label when you post your Layoo AI clip.
