Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can and use it only to make and deliver your video.

What we collect

• Your order: email, the photos you upload, your notes, your plan and format.
• Basic technical data: your country (from Cloudflare) and your IP address, used only to block spam and abuse. IP-based limits expire after about an hour.
• Visit statistics: a random visitor ID stored in your browser, the page you came from and which steps of the order form you reached. We use it to see which pages lead to orders.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To make your video, deliver it and answer your emails.
• Your photos are sent to the third-party AI video provider that generates your clip. That provider processes them under its own terms.
• We don't sell your data and we don't use your photos for anything else.

Where it's stored and for how long

Orders and uploaded photos are stored privately on Cloudflare. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Order records (email, plan, notes, payment status) are kept for up to 2 years for support and accounting. Ask us any time and we'll delete your data sooner, unless we have to keep payment records by law.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising cookies. The site stores a random visitor ID and your last order number in your browser so the thank-you page can show your order.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing us.
